Article 1 — Purpose of Processing Personal Information
J-Company Co., Ltd. (the "Company") processes personal information for the following purposes only and will not use it beyond these purposes. If purposes change, the Company will obtain separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Receiving and responding to inquiries via email
- Reviewing business partnership proposals and coordinating technical meetings
- Reviewing recruitment and collaboration proposals
Article 2 — Personal Information Items Collected
The Company may collect and process the following personal information voluntarily provided by users via email.
- Items collected: sender name, email address, and details voluntarily included in the email body (company, phone, message)
- * No separate online form is operated. Only information voluntarily entered in the email body is collected.
Article 3 — Retention and Use Period
Personal information is processed and retained within the period agreed at the time of collection. Such information will be safely destroyed within one (1) year after inquiry handling is complete, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Article 4 — Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 and does not share it with third parties beyond the original scope without prior consent.
Article 5 — Outsourcing
The Company does not currently outsource personal information processing. If outsourcing becomes necessary, this Policy will be updated and consent obtained in advance.
Article 6 — Data Subject Rights and Exercise
Data subjects may exercise the following rights regarding their personal information at any time:
- Request access
- Request correction of errors
- Request deletion
- Request suspension of processing
Rights may be exercised by writing or email to the Privacy Officer in Article 9. The Company will respond without delay.
Article 7 — Destruction of Personal Information
When personal information becomes unnecessary—after the retention period or upon achievement of the processing purpose—the Company destroys it without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted in non-recoverable form, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
Article 8 — Security Measures
In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company implements the following technical and administrative measures:
- Minimization of staff handling personal information and regular training
- Access privilege management and unauthorized-access prevention
- Encryption of personal information
- Operation of security software against hacking

Article 11 — Amendments to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date stated above. Material changes will be announced through the Notice section at least 7 days before they take effect.
